Customer directive

The DTI-1326 pre-heat oven allows parts to be loaded and unloaded from the same location making it easy for one operator to manage for small production or test runs or even full production depending on the process. This system provides adjustability for shuttle speed, load and heat timers, and heat distribution to ensure consistent results for secondary operations such as pressing, molding, and forming.

Description

The aluminum top shuttle conveyor moves in between the load position and heat position. Two adjustable timers allow the load and heat duration to be changed as needed. 15 independently adjustable IR heaters allow for fine tuning of even heat distribution on the automotive carpet. VFD control of the shuttle drive allows shuttle speed to be increased or decreased depending on process requirements and a floor scanner ensures operators are clear of the shuttle while it is in motion.
