Golf Industry
Designing custom golf industry ovens is par for the course at DTI. We created unique ovens able to produce heated golf materials such as weight-balanced shafts and heads for drivers and woods. Our curing and cooling processes proved ideal for grommet filler.
DTI has also created custom metering hoppers for ball manufacturers. These hoppers were configured in stand alone/joined models and included a three-tier mezzanine. Once the hopper was filled, the conveying system extracted the balls from the hopper (one at a time), and sent them to the pad-printing machine where the player number is printed onto the ball. Each level of production, form loading to printing, was automated for maximum efficiency.
Davron has also designed custom ovens used in powder coating and stress relieving applications in the sporting goods industry.
