Davron Technologies, Inc. has a service division that provides service on all types of combustion, control and HVAC applications. We service all of North America providing solutions for many different industries.

Our service team is among the largest in the United States in our field. We have technicians that are well versed in both electronics and thermodynamics. The result is not just someone that can fix faulty equipment, but someone that can determine the service side. This provides the customer with field knowledge through experience on how to get the job done correctly.

In addition to field service, Davron has worked with many customers on large-scale projects to coordinate system integration and install complete production lines with equipment from DTI and multiple suppliers.

*Service Time is 8 work hours per day. Overtime is considered any time exceeding 8 hours per day.

Quotations for field service will only be protected for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote. Afterwards, rates are subject to change without written notice. Service rates will be those in effect at the time service is rendered.

  1. The field service representative's travel time is to be computed at the rate schedule shown above regardless of the transportation method. Charges for travel time shall be limited to a maximum of 8 hours from portal to portal.
  2. Work, travel or a combination thereof, performed continuously during one or more calendar days, will be subject to overtime rates after the completion of the first 8-hour period. The field service representative can decline to work after a continuous 16-hour day. He can request a rest period of up to 8 hours before returning to the job-site.
  3. All traveling and living expenses (hotel, car rental, airfare, meals, etc.) incurred to and from the job-site as well as while on site will be billed to the customer at cost, but will be billed in accordance with IRS per diem publication 1542.
  4. "Layover" or "Standby" time is charged at applicable standard or overtime rates, when the field service representative is required to stay at or near a job site. "Standby" time is defined as the time waiting for the customer to bring the equipment to a state where it can be worked on or set up by the field service representative. The reasons for waiting include but are not limited to the following:
    - plant not ready
    - other plant work takes precedence
    - labor not available
    - parts not available to complete the job
    - customer required the field service representative to remain over the weekend to complete the work in the following week
    - Union labor strikes and lockouts
  5. Davron Technologies, Inc. field service personnel will not work unattended without a supervisory customer representative onsite.
  6. No field service representative will be dispatched to a job without receipt of a legitimate purchase order authorizing the trip.
  7. Davron Technologies, Inc. shall act as an independent contractor with respect to the work performed by its field service representatives. When it is necessary for any reason whatsoever to assign persons, tooling, or other equipment to assist the field service representative, the customer shall furnish this assistance at his expense. Davron Technologies will assume no responsibility for back-charges of any sort related to this assistance.
  8. Davron Technologies, Inc. shall not be responsible either by commission, or omission, for the acts of workmanship by the employees, contractors, sub-contractors, or agents purchased by the customer.
  9. For occasions where more than one service trip is required to complete the equipment field service repair or commission, partial invoicing may be issued after each trip.
  10. Yearly and preventative maintenance contracts, as well as on-site and factory training of customer operators and maintenance personnel,can be quoted upon request.
  11. Davron Technologies, Inc. operates on a net 30 system. Payment for services rendered is due 30 days from receipt of invoice.
