Fabrication Process
All custom requests for quotes (RFQ) begin from the ground up. Our engineers can create revisions and changes to your existing design specifications, or design complete custom solutions starting from a blank slate. Once the design has been approved, oven production begins with customized electrical configurations based on your requirements.
Our electrical department designates PLC programmable controls, electrical schematics/wiring, and builds unique enclosures. Every piece of equipment is fully tested in our facility before shipping occurs. We keep detailed documentation of each project to streamline the process of ordering replacement parts and equipment. Our involvement in client projects continues for the life of the equipment.
Industrial Oven Fabrication Facility
Our facility is approximately 30,000 square feet and utilizes CNC press break machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC sheers, and an engineering staff equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM modeling software. We utilize the top distributors for PLC controls, including Allen Bradley, Omeron, and Siemens.
Our engineering staff has more than sixty-six years experience working with custom precision process equipment.
